How does AI rep tracking work?+
FITROX uses your phone's front or rear camera with on-device pose detection. The AI watches your shoulders, elbows, and chest position and only counts a rep when you complete full range of motion. No video ever leaves your device.
Why didn't a push-up count?+
Most missed reps come from poor framing or partial range of motion. Place your phone 4–6 feet away, side-on, with your full body in frame. Lock elbows at the top and touch chest level at the bottom.
How do I win the $500 monthly prize?+
Be the #1 ranked athlete on the global leaderboard at 23:59 UTC on the last day of the month. We'll notify you in-app to claim within 14 days.
How do battles work?+
Challenge a friend or get matched daily. Both players have 24 hours to log a verified set. Highest count wins, gains rank XP, and bragging rights.
What are the 9 ranks?+
Trainee → Rookie → Soldier → Warrior → Elite → Captain → Commander → Champion → General. Rank up by completing daily reps and winning battles.
I think someone is cheating.+
Tap the user's profile → Report. Our anti-cheat reviews flagged accounts and removes invalid scores. Confirmed cheaters are permanently banned.
How do I delete my account?+
Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data is removed within 30 days. You can also email mohammadfaisalrezai10@gmail.com.
Is FITROX free?+
Yes. Core competition, leaderboards, battles, and prize entry are 100% free. Optional FITROX Pro unlocks advanced stats and custom training plans.
