Terms of Service

1. Welcome to FITROX

By creating an account or using FITROX, you agree to these Terms. FITROX is an AI-powered push-up competition where users worldwide log verified reps, climb 9 ranks, battle friends, and compete for a monthly $500 prize.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to use FITROX, and 18 (or your local age of majority) to receive prize money. One account per person. Multiple or fake accounts will be banned.

3. Fair play

• Every rep must be performed by you, in full range of motion, in front of the camera.
• No bots, scripts, modified clients, or hardware tricks.
• No staged videos, mannequins, or shared accounts.
• FITROX's AI and review team may invalidate suspicious sessions.

Violations result in score resets, rank loss, prize disqualification, or permanent ban.

4. The $500 monthly prize

• The #1 ranked user at the end of each calendar month wins $500 USD (or local equivalent).
• Winners are notified in-app and must claim within 14 days by verifying identity.
• Prizes are paid via PayPal, bank transfer, or gift card depending on country.
• FITROX reserves the right to disqualify any user found violating fair-play rules.
• Where prohibited by law, the prize is void.

5. Conduct

Don't harass other users, post offensive usernames or photos, or impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that harm the community.

6. Health & safety

FITROX is a fitness app, not medical advice. Train within your limits, warm up, and stop if you feel pain. You compete at your own risk.

7. Account termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Pending prize claims are forfeited on termination for cause.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use means acceptance.
